Botswana Safaris

The Okavango Delta by mokoro, by air and on foot: Africa's most exclusive wilderness.

Overview

Why travel here

Botswana is southern Africa's low-volume, high-value safari country, where small camps of 4 to 12 tents share vast private concessions. The Okavango Delta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the world's largest inland delta, pairs water safaris by mokoro and boat with classic big-game drives. Most premium journeys fly between camps by light aircraft from Maun or Kasane.
